how to get there
Groups Visit
Groups of up to 15 people, including the guide or teacher.
The use of a group guide system is mandatory, except for groups under 18 years old.
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance due to the museum’s capacity limitations.
Private visits and Space Rentals
Private visits and corporate events can be arranged as long as they do not take place during public opening hours, and no food and/or drinks are consumed.

Accessible Visit
The museum lobby features an informational and orientation plan in high relief and Braille, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
The exhibition labels have been adapted to UNE 170002 standards and include Navilens codes for accessible digital signage for people with visual impairments.
The main works of the museum have been reproduced in A3 size with raised relief and color printing, with explanatory text in Braille.
For people with hearing impairments, we have a hearing loop system at the reception.
Additionally, we offer CM systems for group visits, equipped with personal induction loop cords and Lolo NL-90 with corresponding receivers and transmitters.

The fewer belongings you bring, the smoother the entry process. Come only with the essentials.

Who can access the Museum free of charge and what documentation must be presented to prove free admission?
You can check the groups exempt from payment in the rates section.
It is essential to present the official document issued for each case. Documents that do not reflect their expiration date will not be valid.
What is the ticket refund policy?
Once tickets have been purchased, no changes or refunds will be made, except in the cases set out in article 6 of OF411/2024 of the Córdoba City Council.
Does the Museum have free hours or days?

Can I bring backpacks or other items into the Museum?
The Museum does not have a cloakroom/luggage office. Access is only permitted with small bags for personal belongings and backpacks that do not exceed 30 x 30 cm.
People who enter with small backpacks must carry them on the front of their body, to avoid disturbing other visitors or causing contact with the works.
Can you leave and re-enter the Museum?
In order to facilitate the flow of people within the rooms and avoid waiting, it will not be possible to re-enter once you have left the museum.
Is it allowed to take photos inside the Museum?
Photography without flash is permitted for private use only. Exceptions to this permission will be posted and/or indicated. Tripods, selfie sticks and stand-alone lighting devices are not permitted.
Is there an audio guide service?
Yes, the main works of our museum have Navilens codes that allow access to various multimedia content. You need to download the Navilens GO application.
Is there a radio guide service?

Appraisal and valuation of works
The Julio Romero de Torres Museum, being a public museum, cannot carry out appraisals of works of art for individuals, in accordance with current legislation. To do so, it must contact an art gallery or auction house.
Is the Museum wheelchair accessible?
The Julio Romero de Torres Museum complies with current regulations regarding accessibility and all its visitable spaces are fully accessible.
Is the Museum accessible to blind or visually impaired people?
The Julio Romero de Torres Museum has typhlological resources for blind or visually impaired people. These can be requested when entering the Museum.
Are there parking spaces reserved for adapted vehicles?
The Museum does not have parking spaces for visitors, so there are no reserved spaces. There is a paid public car park on Paseo de la Ribera, 2 minutes from the Museum.
Can people with disabilities access the Museum free of charge and without having to wait in queues?
Yes, disabled people have free access to the Museum, provided they have the appropriate card. If the presence of a companion is essential, they will also be exempt from payment. You can consult the full conditions at the following link.

Does the Museum have Spanish Sign Language Interpreters?
The Sign Language Interpreter (LSE) service is offered at the user’s request, for use in any of the activities offered by the Museum. It is essential to request the service at least 15 days in advance, at museojulioromero@cordoba.es
Are magnetic induction loops available?
Yes, the Information Desk is equipped with a permanent sound amplification system using a magnetic induction loop for hearing aid users in the “T” (telecoil) position. It is marked with its identifying icon.
Can spaces be rented for event hosting?
